All in for the Disco look! August 19, 2008
Didn't get them here (online) or anywhere else; I picked these hot shoes up for a stunning $17 bucks at a shoe store! I love the pewter, disco, "graph paper" look of the Marci maryjane! I haven't had a pair of maryjanes since I was an infant. Some are little girl looking and are marketed toward the modern woman, it's so strange! But I definately got sexy this season!
Comfort/Fit:
They are so easy to walk in! The heel could have fooled me, the price I got them for made me insist to try them on though. The heel's cool actually! It is a pentagon shape from the base to the top! It's an artsy looking shoe! I'm a full girl and narrow heels are sometimes "scary." I did a small sprint from one side of a small building to get my phone and nothing "scary" happened!
I picked up a 10M and they fit like a glove. I was in them for 2-4 hours and my dogs became tired. My pinky toes hurt. They didn't scream pain but they were a tad irritating.
Look:
The design is a nice medium pewter metallic with a disco block square pattern throughout. Chic! It's a well made shoe. Doesn't look cheap!
