very comfortable and sexy shoes... makes me feel tall and powerful. An all day shoes from work to night. The elastic strap may need to be changed later on after continuous use. Never the less, it's great shoes!

I love these heels! For a 4 inch plus heel they're really comfy. They run a tad big; about half a size. Soooo pretty, got to buy!!

I was very surprised and disappointed when I received my shoes. The shoes were not the shoes pictured. For those that don't know, these shoes come in a matte finish as well as a shiny patent leather. The picture shows the matte finish, which is what I was looking for. Nowhere in the discription did it say patent leather or anything else suggesting they were NOT the shoes pictured. So when I received them I was upset and felt that this item was misrepresented. I kept them, however, because I had already used a gift certificate to buy them and decided it would be more trouble than it was worth to return them and then try to find the right ones. They are great shoes, don't get me wrong; just not the ones I was led to believe I was purchasing.

I was a bit confused when I ordered the black shoes. I wanted black patent, not black matte. When I placed the order, I was convinced I was ordering the patent because even though the pictured finish for the entire line of shoes is patent, and the pictured finish for the black color looked matte, I had read someone else's review that they wanted the matte finish but got the patent. The worst part about it was that I was half way to work before I realized the mistake, making the shoes no longer returnable. Don't anyone else be deceived by the other reivew, matte finish is what you get when you order black.
