Fit well but have one flaw November 25, 2008

I constantly get compliments when I wear these. The boots fit well on my slightly wide feet, and the length was true to size. The soles provide good traction without any bulk, and the heel is high enough to be sexy without hurting my toes. The stretch panel on the side allows the boot to adjust to the calf without gapping at the top the way wide calf boots do. The only problem is the position of the buckle. It rubs against my ankle bones, and I have to wear a bandaid or other cushion to prevent the rubbing.
