Customer service was excellent. I hoped to use this shoe for my wedding and due to its comfort, elegance, and perfect condition upon arrival, I will be wearing this lovely shoe at the wedding next month! I wanted to try ballroom dance shoes for the comfort -- these feel like slippers, yet they are more elegant than ballet slippers, and much more comfortable than more expensive designer bridal shoes. I recommend this vendor and the shoes highly.
