I bought these for my outdoor wedding in the silver. The gold is not the muted gold like in the picture. It is disco gold... good for going out. So I returned and got these. The shoes worked out for me. Pretty comfortable considering the height. A good wedge that wasn't made out of cork. For outdoor weddings, the leather is easy to clean off. I got a 1/2 size larger and it worked out for me. Do not know if they run small but I ready somewhere that getting a slightly larger shoe might help your feet when they start to swell at your wedding. However, I don't think they are really my style had I not gotten them for a specific purpose...
