very disappointed December 19, 2008
when i recieved the heels the first time i was disappointed to find a black scuff mark on the side so i called shoe mania and had to order a new pair for my birthday so that i would recieve them on time well ups had a five day vacation and i didnt recieve them on time non the less when i opened the box the heels were in worst condition then the first ones had black scrapes all along the side and on the gold trimming and the bottom where tatto design was it was peeling off i was very disappointed with how cheap the were made and disappointed with shoe mania for never receiving a response to my email that i wrote to them concerning the shoes i will not be ordering from them any more
