This is an absolutely gorgeous shoe. If you like Oxford-style shoes, this fits the bill beautifully. I love the small touches, like the patent heel and top of the shoe, as well as the shiny/matte texture and houndstooth pattern throughout the shoe (the pictures don't do justice to the pattern). The only reservation I have about this shoe is that it does not breathe. I could not wear the shoe all day long; instead, I have to take it off every few hours so my feet don't get sweaty. However, I don't think that is a big deal and I think the look of the shoe far outweighs that minor problem.

I just love this shoe. It's so classic; great for business attire or a Friday night out. My only complaint is that they are slightly narrow and that, along with the high heel (which I admit I'm not completely used to), made my feet feel a little cramped at the end of the day. This only lasted a couple minutes after taking them off, though. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

These shoes look great. The houndstooth type pattern next to the patent leather makes it interesting and classic. A great take on a classic stlye. I did find the shoe to be a little uncomfortable after wearing it for a full day. Not unbearable, just a little uncomfortable. I would recommend wearing them for a shorter time first to break them in. Overall a great shoe!

These are gorgeous! I bought them 1/2 size bigger so I didn't have any problems wearing them. Based on one reviewer's comments, I took it and had a sole saver put on the bottom of the shoe -- no slipping. I can't wait until Fall to wear these more often.

It's a beautiful shoe as it appears on the photos. Very well made for the price. However, the shoe sole is very slippery hard manmade thing. Be very carefull on tile & stone surface like in rest room. Also, I have to agree with other review that toe box is tight. I wanted to buy a brown pair too but for those two reasons, I don't think I will get another pair. I wish the manufacture reads our reviews...
