Great item, cute, and fits true to size (I wear a 5). It is very comfortable so there is no need for padding of any sort. However my only complaints are that the back of the shoe rubs up against my ankle which is pretty brutal. In addition, after a couple wears, there is unfortunately a small tear on the material (front) and I have since become scared to wear them for fear that the tear would get bigger :( Still, they are very comfortable heels and nothing I have ever experienced before. Just wish they would either lower the price or use better quality materials and do something about the back. I feel much of the focus was on the sole and they simply dismiss and forgot that the back is VERY important too in making comfortable heels. I would give this shoe 3.5 stars if I could.
