Perfect 1930's look for special occasion March 8, 2008

I was looking for a closed toe cream/ivory 1930's pump for a special occasion Chanel look dress that I have. I was very skeptical because I have a "wide" foot, and hate heels. I ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit great. Probably run a little wide for most. These are wonderful. The look is perfect, and the "chunky heel" is very stable and eases the high angle with support.
This is a steal, everywhere else I looked at this shoe it was $75 - 125. I am so satisfied with this quality shoe.

These pumps are the cutest ones I own! They are nice patents and very stable to walk in due to the chunky heel. The incline is very steep (4 inches) and it is something you really need to get used to, especially if you have weak ankles, but they are worth it. The surface is a bit sensitive to oil so if you touch it you can see where it was touched, which is slightly bothersome, but it wipes off quite well. They are also fairly good in rain; well tested in the streets of Seattle. These were completely worth every dollar I spent on them, which wasn't much due to the great price offered by Amazon; $17!! On the MIA website, they are still full price ($59.00)!
I bought the brown ones and they fit perfectly to size in comparison to my Steve Maddens and Adidas.
The flower on top is flat, and very stiff so there is no chance of it falling off or getting messed up if your dance partner steps on it.
In addition, I have received many compliments on these. They match nearly everything and since they are designed by an online-based manufacturer, you run very little risk of that dreaded classmate or co-worker having the exact same ones as you! They are sturdy, well made and above all, extraordinarily adorable!♥

I bought these in the red and dark brown. They are darling! I get lots of compliments everytime I wear them. They heel is pretty high but if you're used to wearing high heels it shouldn't be a problem. And, the wide heel is better than tottering around on spike heels! MIA seems to run a little large - I usually wear a 9.5 but the 9 fits perfect. You cannot beat this shoe for the price.

Very versatile shoe August 20, 2008
I bought these shoes in red and black. I wore the black to a VERY formal wedding and received many compliments. The red ones were to wear with a dress for another wedding and not only did I wear them for that but paired them with a pair of jeans. They looked awesome.
They were a little uncomfortable at first but it didn't take too long to get use to them. The next time that I wore them I put a padded insert in them. Problem solved. I purchased them in a 6 and I normally wear a 6 1/2 and they fit perfect. I would highly recommend these shoes but do practice walking in them around the house before you wear them to your event.
